Midway in May

This coming weekend marks the midway point in the Artists Open Houses in Brighton (see home page and here for more details of where to see my work) and I will be on hand, in person, on Sunday 15 May from 12.30-5 pm to talk about my work. So far my most popular print, sales-wise, has been The Chattri from my Sussex Series though Brighton Pier is a close second and Brighton Pavilion isn’t far behind that!

Of the original works on display, all are still available - though there’s been lots of interest and many promises to return later in the month … perhaps after a bit of window shopping and soul searching?  I don’t know, but I’ve been told this is all very positive and who knows, if you have had your eye on one of them for yourself you might want to make a move sooner rather than later!

If you ARE intrigued then please note that all of my Magic Lamp Open House offers are available for remote sales confirmed in May. These offers are:

  • Original artwork included in this exhibition is 20% off normal prices
  • Small matte prints are £65 a pair (or normal price of £40 individually)
  • 10% of Gloss Fine Art Print sales will be donated to charities working with the refugee crisis in Europe.

Not convinced about the ‘remote buying experience'? The Magic Lamp took several photos of artworks earlier this week and sent them to an interested collector in the US who has now confirmed purchase of several lovely little pieces with delivery to follow. Not my works on this occasion, but you can see how technology makes anything possible.

And, just to make it all that little-bit-more-affordable we are accepting payment in instalments to suit your budget. Please ask me or any of the Magic Lamp artists for details on how to get started on your collection!
